We are pleased to offer food truck service for all types of events, personal or business!
We offer service for events in a 25 mile radius of the Twin Cities.

Food Truck Deposit
A deposit of $200 is required to secure the date of the event. Once that is received, the event is added to our food truck calendar. The remaining amount can be paid in full any time after the deposit is paid but is DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE the event date. Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance of your event date will be subject to a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. A 10% gratuity charge is added to all food truck events for our staff.

Hosted Menu
For fully hosted events, we can make a custom menu that you would like to serve at your event.
Choose 3 options from Street Tacos, Quesabirria Tacos, Burritos, Burrito Bowls, Flour Quesadillas, Nachos and Mexican Corn.
Filling choices are:
Grilled Steak (carne asada)
Marinated Pork (al pastor)
Shredded Pork (carnitas)
Shredded Chipotle Chicken (tinga de pollo) midly spicy *gluten friendly*
Marinated Chicken (pollo marinado) *gluten friendly*
Sautéed Veggies (vegetales)
Public Menu
HOSTED TRUCK
The host covers the total cost up front for the whole event and pays per person.

PUBLIC EVENT
Guests purchase their own food and beverage from the food truck menu reaching the minimum. This option is only available for large events with over 100 people. This is our requirement in order for us to meet our necesarry minimum sales amount to cover our costs of managing the food truck.
